Soft cap / hard cap
You set the targets (defaults: 5 ETH soft cap / 20 ETH hard cap). Hitting soft cap means the raise can succeed.
Per-wallet limits
You set min/max contribution per wallet (defaults: 0.01–10 ETH), so no single wallet can dominate the raise.
3% platform fee on success
Only charged if the raise succeeds. Remaining ETH splits 70–100% to LP and up to 30% to you at listing.
100% refundable if it fails
If raised stays below the soft cap, every contributor can refund in full. No tokens are issued.
Post-raise trading fee
Once your token lists, secondary trades pay a 1% fee split 75% to you / 25% platform, automatically sent to your wallet.
